As a standard component integrated into all BioClinica Express™ deployments, the AutoEncoder standardizes coding and medical terminology, centralizes coding management across large studies and supports both standard and custom medical dictionaries. The AutoEncoder can also generate a MedWatch 3500a form (or a CIOMS, or similar form) and provide it to the sponsor for SAEs when required, saving your trial time and money.

The BioClinica AutoEncoder supports unlimited coding dictionaries and versions including:

  • World Health Organizations Drug Dictionary (WHODRUG)
  • Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Affairs (MedDRA)
  • Any hierarchically-structured dictionary
